We purchased our family home through John Cook a little over 4 years ago and they now manage our rental property in Orange.
For the purchase of our home we found dealing with Anthony was just so easy, his a genuine straight up guy that works hard to ensure buying a home is a great experience. He's honest, reliable and has an intimate knowledge of the Orange and the market.
For managing our rental, we felt we needed a change as the communication we were getting from our previous property manager wasn't great, we'd find things out late, return phone calls were sometimes 2 days.
So we switch to John Cook.
Jane and the team were amazing, the whole process seamed simplified, the communication is excellent. Since changing over it seems like we don't do anything, the team either call or email to let us know, then sort it out.
